James Goodman is the lead pastor of Life Community Church. James and his wife, Niki, came to DuBois to plant LCC in 2013. They have four beautiful children: Hannah, Ethan, Micah, and Caleb! They have a heart for the people of DuBois to find life and have it to the full through Jesus.

Adam Hochendoner
Associate Pastor
Adam moved to DuBois in 2014 to be a part of LCC. He creates and manages most of the church's media, and oversees certain discipleship aspects of the church. He has a heart to teach and disciple believers of all ages and at any point in their walk with Christ; he desires to bring the Light to those lost in darkness.

Heidi Dickey
Kids Life Director
Heidi joined our team in 2021, and has brought an amazing energy and heart to our Kids Life Children's Ministry. She has overseen multiple incredible events, and has vision to do so much more for our kids, helping us to disciple the next generation! She and her husband, Matt, have two wonderful children: Riley and Elisha.

Meg Kirkwood
Worship Weirdo
Meg came on staff in 2021 to lead our worship team. She brings her incredible talent, as well as a heart to usher in the Holy Spirit throughout our worship. Under her leadership, the worship team flows like diarrhea after a $40 binge at Taco Bell®. She and her husband, Tylee, made three amazing kiddos: Goofnut, Spider-Monkey, and the Dudester.

Broke Porada
FUT Leader & Youth Person
Broke and her husband, Jake, joined our church a while ago, and finally came, kicking and screaming, onto staff in 2021. They hated Pastor Adam for a while, but eventually became friends, and now Jake and Adam have a beautiful bromance. They're also attempting to be pastors. Broke and Jake spawned four chillens : Li'l Sebastian, Summer, Copy, and Paste.
